Shipping:

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs processing or weather conditions.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:

Non-Returnable Items:

• All live plants, flower bulbs, cacti, succulents, butterfly plants, and cottage garden plants
• Any item that has been planted or removed from its original packaging

Eligible Returns:

• Unused gardening products and tools in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Return Process:

• Include your order number and details about the item
• Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization number

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
