Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You can choose from two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature and to ensure plant health, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flower bulbs (e.g., Allium, Crocus, Daffodil)
  • All live plants (e.g., Achillea, Agastache, Armeria, Asclepias, Aster, Coreopsis, Echinacea, Eriogonum, flowering vines)
  • Cacti and succulents
  • Butterfly plants and cottage garden plants
  • Any item that has been planted or removed from its original packaging

Returns are only accepted for unused gardening products and tools in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Package the unused, eligible item securely in its original packaging. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking information.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Processing

For eligible items:

  • We will ship the replacement once we receive the returned product.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs for both the returned and replacement shipments.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
