We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item you’ve received, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and viability of our plants, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Flower bulbs (including Allium, Crocus, and Daffodil bulbs)
- All live plants (including Achillea, Agastache, Armeria, Asclepias, Aster, Coreopsis, Echinacea, Eriogonum, and flowering vines)
- Cacti and succulents
- Butterfly plants and cottage garden plants
- Any item that has been planted or removed from its original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the unused, eligible item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to: Lush Garden Home Returns, 1617 Bates Brothers Road, HYDE PARK, US 12538
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days)
Exchange Processing
For exchanges of eligible items:
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product
- You will be responsible for shipping costs for both the returned item and the replacement shipment
- If the exchange item costs more than the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns.
