Are your plants deer-resistant?
Yes! We offer a selection of deer-resistant plants perfect for gardens in areas with wildlife. Look for the “Deer Resistant” category on our website.
Do you sell plants for pollinators?
Absolutely. We are passionate about supporting pollinators. Our menu includes Butterfly Plants, Hummingbird Mint, Milkweed, and other pollinator-friendly varieties.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship globally! However, due to international phytosanitary regulations, we are currently unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient options:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Arrives within 10-15 business days after shipment.
– Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 business days after shipment.
How long does order processing take?
Each order is hand-packed with care by our team. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your garden’s journey to your doorstep.

What if my plants arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your plants arrive damaged, please email us within 15 days with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
